Sweet Woodruff

The Galium Sweet Woodruff, 'Galium odoratum', is a new ground cover that has delicate white flowers that look wonderful with its dark green foliage. When dried, the leaves are mildly fragrant. Galium blooms from late spring to early summer. ‘Sweet Woodruff’ has a plant height of 6-12” and a plant spread of 12”. It requires full sun but will tolerate morning shade and moist, well drained soil. (More shade is required in warm climates. ) Galium can spread very rapidly and must be planted in an area where it is able to take over.
